An elderly woman who has sneaked on several passenger flights and is known by
authorities as the 'Serial Stowaway' has been arrested after trying to sneak
through airport security in Chicago.

Marilyn Hartman, 67, was taken into police custody on Friday night and charged
with a felony count of criminal trespass to a registered area at an airport.

Hartman was reportedly trying to sneak through the security line by moving TSA
lane dividers at the Chicago O'Hare International Airport.

She did not have a boarding pass or ID on her.

ABC News reports she was apprehended before she made it through security.

She is due in court on Sunday.

According to the Chicago Tribune, Hartman has been arrested for 20 airport
incidents from 2014 to January 2018.

In February 15, 2014, Hartman was able to bypass a TSA checkpoint and board a
plane to Hawaii without a ticket.

She was caught after the person whose seat she was occupying arrived.

Before her latest arrest, Hartman walked onto a flight to London from the
Chicago O'Hare International Airport without a ticket.

She was caught in London, pleaded guilty and was given 18 months probation

Just two days after that, Hartman was back at the Chicago O'Hare International
Airport and was taken into custody when she refused to leave the premises.

She has accumulated an impressive number of misdemeanors and felonies for her
air bound joy rides.

She was subsequently banned from entering the Chicago O'Hare International
Airport or the Midway airport.

It's what you eventually start doing when your kids stop calling, your
grand-kids don't know ya and you're tired of watching TV alone.
