Default Australian soldiers from 3 RAR board an RAF Beverley in Borneo

By "world" you must mean (in your short sighted way) this easy livin' planet
where every leech and mosquito thrives. You can have it, I'm off to continue
my U.S. Constitutional (colonist) ways among the stars.

The Chinese and Japanese may have all the dollars, but they also have all
the pound notes and euros, so I don't see any reason for you to gloat.
