I believe it's called theft by deception and would subject the individual to violation of the Copyright act, which is 17USC501 Infringement of Copyright.

Overall, it's quit expensive with the possibility of section 506 being a criminal offense.
Everything Pazmany created is copyright protected.
Truly, I don't think this would be an acceptable idea.

Lastly, I just purchase my set of PL-9 plans and expect if you are wanting plans, buy them, otherwise, it comes down to what Price is your personal integrity, trust, and honor worth? In other words, just how much will you sell them for, here it's a measly $550.00, that's pretty cheap.

Anyone have some of Paz's books for sale at a reasonable used price?
