Default Sublogic ATP

I have got a copy of sublogic's ATP and GB scenery disks 1,2 & 3.
Unfortunately the scenery disks are corrupted. Does anyone have these
scenery disks who can send me a copy(willing to pay) or can someone tell me
where I might be able to get them from?

Many thanks

Martin Hickman

Wasn't that a great sim, streets ahead of Microsoft at the time. I still
use the handbook for the airport charts.

ATP have got a successor, namely AS2, which probably is the best
flightsim on the market to day if you look at the flightmodel. AS2 is
an improved ATP with the same userinterface. The scenery is in the
same format as in ATP, but improved. AS2 has both a complete
Europe-scenery and the famous USA (East/West)-scenery. The european
scenery thus incorporates the former GB-scenerydisks but improved. AS2
includes all the old planes from ATP, and has some new. It is these
new planes which has what is regarded as the best flightmodels in
existence to day. AS2 can be bought from Nomissoft. Check out the
site. Nomissoft is now working on AS3, which is intended to be even
better in all respects to AS2.

Same here! The airways maps are falling apart though - they've been folded
so many times. Each time I open them up, the tears along the creases get 1/2 a
cm closer to joining up with each other in the middle! G

In AS2 you are able to fly across the Atlantic from Europe to airports
on the eastcoast of USA (and vice cersa). But after landing you have
to change scenery to USA East, because it have different coordinates.
I think I have read on AS2-discussion-group at Compuserve that in AS3
there will be one coordinate-system for the whole earth.

Thanks for mentioning that Gunnar, I'll look out for it when it's released.

Is it possible to fly from Europe to the states, or does it still use that
shared coordinate system where you either use US scenery or UK/Europe but not
both at once? That was how things were when I last used ATP, so if they've
changed to proper Lat/Long system, then I'm definitely buying!

P.S. Just out of interest, when is the last sunrise of the year, up there in
Tromso?

Look under Simulation, Flight Assignment ATP. In fact, you can download the
program, the docs, and all the Mallard and SubLogic scenery disks, including
Great
Britain, which I donated to the site.
