Default Remembrances of Richard H. (Dick) Johnson

Any SSA member that would like to leave a note about their memory of
Dick Johnson is invited to share on the blog that Doug Easton just set
up. Go the SSA website,

Link: http://ssa.org/myhome.asp?mbr=8022257685
Click on the top right box: Remembrances
Then click the item at the bottom of the page: New Blog Entry

Thank's to Doug for doing this so quickly, so we can all share and let
Alice know how much we care and that our thought's and prayers are
with her. Hopefully she will see what Dick meant to all of us, by our
memories.

Thanks, Doug, for the prompt action! I've used this capability a few
times in the past and it's a wonderful tool for us to share memories
of Dick.

NOTE: My experience was that you must be logged into the SSA site
(i.e., as an SSA member) to leave an entry although the page does not
explicity say so. I suspect this would also be true if you logged in
some time ago but have since deleted the "cookies" on your PC that
identify who you are to the SSA site. If you get an error when trying
to leave an entry, go to the SSA home page, log in, and then try
again. That worked for me.

I believe other people's entries are readable without logging in so
non-members may be able to read what we write. It would be nice if
they could also leave their thoughts; Dick had admirers around the
world. I understand that technical considerations might make this
difficult, however.
