Default Jumbo Jets- Canvas For Art

Here are some of the art and images put on jumbo jets, apparently the vast surface space is great for artwork. If you have any more please share.

I saw this one at Oshkosh, about 1995, when they brought in the
Australian contingent, along with some of their planes, in the hold.

We had just landed on 27 and were taxiing to parking, when Qantas had
landed on 36. Quite impressive!

Hi Dale!
How is retirement down in the Lone Star State going, now that you are a
fully fledged member of the gainfully unemployed club?

And doing my best to stay that way. Large house = lots of stuff to
maintain. Otherwise, relaxing building a sailing ship model. Trying to
stay cool (100s this week), while the neighbors jet off to Pebble Beach
for the weekend. I really want to tackle these 40,000 some airplane
pictures. Weed out the chaff, process the wheat & start posting again.
Never thought I'd be so busy in retirement.

Thanks for asking. I always follow your postings in the other groups to
get a dose of sanity. Lots of fun but sometimes I just have to shake my
head.

That will be interesting to see the tuned & edited work.
I still think of your last day at work video and smile.

Yup! The thread drift in rec.photo.digital has become toxic.

I am waiting for my next aviation photo op in November with our local
air show which is a collaborative effort with the Planes of Fame guys
and our local, Estrella Warbird Museum.

This is a shot from last year just to keep thing OT here. ;-)

Nice. I like the lighting beneath. I look forward to seeing some pics
from that show.

Here is another on topic pic (unedited).
