Default Any sources of thin walled 4130 tubing in northern CA?

Hello all,

I want to work on a project this weekend but I forgot to order my
tubing Anyone know of a source in northern California that I could
drive to for the following:

1.25 x 0.058 square 4130 tubing (4 ft)
1.00 x 0.035 square 4130 tubing (4 ft)

I'm thinking some tiny recumbent bike shop somewhere around here has
it. Any leads would be appreciated!

Thanks,

Mike

Helicopter repair shops usually have a supply of round 4130, don't know
about square.

You may have been thinking of this guy:
http://www.gaerlan.com/bikeparts/fra...ng/tubing.html

but he no got 4130.

Call Metal Supermarket in Hayward, they are open Saturday till 1, and
they MAY have 4130, but call with your EXACT needs, and remember, for
most things, ordinary mild steel is Good Enough.

Might be a little late but our best source for 4130 tubing locally is a
speed shop that stocks most of what we use for their customers building race
car chassis.
