You would need to call all the facilities whose airspace you are

I can overlay one of the TRACON's MVAs on a sectional but it requires a bit of work. Tell me which one. There are only three, PHX, TUS, and YUM. ABQ or LAX Centers provide radar services outside the TRACON areas. Those are MIAs and much less accessible than MVAs.
