Default Time Life

Does anyone know about eliminating the time life (and the requirement to
record TTSN) for S61 main rotor blades (P/N S6117-20101-xx) if they are in
military or government service with the IBIS bim sytem installed and going
to "on condition"? If so can you provide a document number for this
particular change? Thanks
