On the Hawks, what determines which of the canopies get the detonator
cord and which do not?
does this have to do with the ejection seat installed in a particular

Mark?

All of the Hawk canopies have the explosive cord fitted, it just shows up
better on some photos.

Really enjoyed these photos thanks Rusty. I used to love plane spotting in
wales and this is almost as good.

Sixteen days out this last year produced these 229 photos that I posted on
here. That was about half the days devoted to the 'sport' in 2005 and a
third of my target of days for 2007. With some long trips abroad planned
this summer it will be hard to reach my target but it all starts next

week.
All the best to everyone here for 2007 whatever time zone you are in.

Additional... what determines the pattern on the top of the canopy? In
Rusty's series, different aircraft have different patterns on the top of
each canopy.
