Default Questions for Jay?

Jay,

Does your Pathfinder have a 6.00x6 nose wheel?

What is the allowed gross weight of a Pathfinder?

Is the diameter of the chrome tube above the Nose Wheel 1.5 or 2"?

Do you have a Parts Manual which shows the Piper part numbers of
the nose wheel assembly?

Would you be willing to make a photo copy (or scan) the page showing the
nose wheel?

Thanks,

MikeM

Yes.

I don't have my POH in front of me, but the useful load is 1460 pounds.

Hmmm. I'll have to check that one, but I'm willing to be you a beer that
it's 2 inches.

Pls check the next time you are spending quality time with it.

Sorry, Mike, I only have my old Warrior parts manual. Many of the parts are
interchangeable, but many are not...

Take a look in your Warrior manual. I'm looking for a breakdown of the
parts used with the 6.00x6 nosewheel in any of the "heavier" Pipers...

Tnx,

MikeM

Mike. email me (It'll be a memory-jogger) and the next time I'm in the
hangar, I'll grab the disc and see if I can pull up what you want.
(Remind me in the email, so I have everything I need in one place.)

Clarke lists max gross as 2900 lbs.

Well, like I said, many parts between the birds are the same.

And the folks who bought our Warrior "live" just two hangars away. They can
borrow the book whenever they'd like!

Hey Mike,

Please email me again -- I've now got the parts manual in my hands, but I
don't have your legit email address here at the hotel!
