Default yet another annual story - day one

We started the annual on my cherokee 140 today (started with a trip around
the pattern).

I spent the day opening up the panels, etc, changing the oil filter
and such while the two mechanics spent most of their day having fun
putting a new fuel bladder in a 402.

Compression good (78, 78, 78, 77).
Oil filter clean - oil sample mailed for analysis

Nose strut flat :-( when did THAT happen?

The rest of the inspection part will occur late today and
tomorrow morning.

Your nose strut went flat without you noticing?

Not flying much lately?

Dang. Well, if you've got to have a flat strut, right before annual
is the best possible time, I suppose.
