Default SNA VFR approach frequency

Comming in directly from east, which is the correct VFR approach
frequency?
John Wayne airport website lists three frequencies depending on
direction - 128.1 for NE-SE. The AOPA online guide and Airnav only give
121.3. Sectionals and LA TAC shows 121.3 from N and 132.7/124.1
(4000&below/above) from SE. Anybody clarify this?

VFR I'd call SoCal Approach Control on 121.3 MHz, and expect to be
asked to report over Signal Peak.

I think I would get my information from the Airport/Facility Directory,
which is the official source.
