Default ClearNav Vario Question

I can't find the answer on the website.

I have a ClearNav XC vario installed in my (for sale) LAK-17a. I'm
thinking of keeping it (for a price reduction, of course) and installing
it in my Stemme. The question is: Does the CNvXC come with engine
noise logging? If not, is it an option to upgrade? If so, does it need
to be returned to the factory for the upgrade?

Default ClearNav Vario Question

Hi Dan,

Yes. The ClearNav CNv XC does have built-in engine noise level recording. However, early units didn’t have the security seal set, so if it is an older model it may need to be sealed at ClearNav. If it doesn’t show any security seal failure errors, you are all set.

Best Regards,
