Default Communicating with OLC

How does one communicate with OLC? I sent a service request days ago without a reply to date.

ID and password does not work anymore; it has worked fine for months and AOK up until a week ago.

Is membership account dependent on age of your "donation"?

When I had that problem the advice I received was to delete cookies on
the OLC site or use incognito mode on the browser.Â* Both ways worked for me.

New OLC year just started; you must re-register every year. https://www.onlinecontest.org/olc-2....mberadmin.html

I didn't re-register and I just logged on without difficulty.

This is incorrect. You don't need to re register every year.
