Hi all,
Back in 1996 Schleicher issued a mandatory inspection requirement for the metal structiure of the Ka8 fuselage. I have recently obtained a Ka8 which unfortunately doesn't have log book. I am assured that all the inspections and mods were carried out (the glider wwas previously owned by a large UK Gliding Club) but there is no record of this. My question is what is the cheapest way of doing this inspection, as an x-ray of the structure will be in the region of GBP700.00 Thanks in advance Pete H |
