Okay, the valves at the wing root for the ballast bags have lost there
"spring" . In other words, they wont stay shut. I can pull on the valve push rod slightly and get a good seal, but it leaks when I release it. Is there a spring inside that push rod boot, that can be adjusted/replaced, or is the boot itself adjustable to provide the required tension on the seal? any help is always appreciated... GAP. |

They can be replaced. If thet are anything like mine (DG-600 1989)
they were steel springs and they rusted/rotted out. Replace them with stainless steel springs.
