None of them are confidential; certainly none of those I have found so
far are thus marked. It is just that avionics shops like to keep them
restricted because who-ever has the manuals can do repairs.

All of it, AFAIK, is available as a PDF.

I will look on E-bay.

Isn't there some kind of law about who's allowed to work on avionics?
