The FAA (US aviation) is conducting a survey regarding the level and

Pilots are being asked to participate in an FAA Web-based survey about the
flight service station (FSS) system. The survey is aimed at identifying
what FSS services pilots use and the quality of the service they receive.
This survey is part of a larger FAA study that will compare the cost and
value of continuing to provide FSS services by the FAA versus contracting
some services to outside sources.

If you want to provide some input about FSS, take a moment to participate.
It only took me about 8 minutes to complete the survey.
can't see how you could complete it anywhere near that quickly, if you took
the time to actuall read and respond to about 15 different screens full of
multiple-choice questions.
I would put the average time estimate closer to 15 minutes.
