Nothing to worry about, Frank.. I used to fly 747s around that area. What
you do in high temp environments is decrease weight so you can operate at
that temp on the rwy available. You have takeoff limits and landing limits.
All part of normal procedures. Enjoy.

Hi i am not a pilot but am flying to Dubai next week on a 777 and
understand the temp there may reach mid 40 s c, are there any dangers to
engines or landing procedures at these temps, also desert conditions
