There are plenty of builders on there as well as flyers. I'm building
the 601XL and it's been a good project so far. There are a few
"gotchas" that pop up on the list that definetly help with the
building process. If you get the chance attend the rudder workshop. I
did back in Nov '02 and had a great time. Also, you get a demo ride in
the plane that you're thinking of buidling. That's what finally sold
me.

I am about to send for plans and rudder "starter" kit for the CH 601. I
would be very interested in talking to
anyone flying one. I am thinking about the 6 cyl. Jab for power. I am
interested mostly in how it fly's, what it is like in a xwind and rough
