As can wheat. I know a person with an honest-to-god wheat allergy of the
epipen severity. Whenever I think I've got it bad, I realize that small
amounts of wheat ingestion are merely severely uncomfortable and create
minor damage -- not something immediately life threatening.

Airplanes have terrible air that is constantly recirculated. I'd
rather have the nasty, dry pretzels than the kid next to be stop
breathing.


See above. Anyone that allergic traveling without an epipen shouldn't be
traveling or should be wearing a mask.
