We were thinking of St. George (via the Valley of Fire, I believe). What
will we find there? Is there a good place on the field or do we have to
go into town?

been there twice. one time over night and one time for lunch only. we
stayed on
the field, there is a restaurant across the street (go through the gate and
remember the unicom frequency for the code for reentry, IIRC). you don't
have to
walk down into town. we had a great view. beware of the wind when landing or
departing, well, you will get the picture when there. :-)
