Programs that recognize the junk for what it is and where in the file
it is can separate the various headers and attachments out. But you
can do this manually if you must (for example, for an attached file)
and feed it to an appropriate decoder.
The question that springs to mind is why post a message in this format
anyway? It causes confusion and is not secure so why bother?
My news reader displayed it with no problem. (Right click on the
attachment and select SHOW).
