It amazes me how easy it is to "qualify" for one. I believe there are
many people that need them and most of those you see do, but traffic
laws still apply and should be enforced. I have seen places where I
would swear they gather like a biker gang an head on down the road.

I qualify for a scooter. I won't get one simply because I don't
really need one. If I were to go to OSH or some other big event I'd take
a manual wheel chair. Of course I'd add a cupholder, gotta have that.

If I ever need a scooter I'll make my own: roll bar, 4 wheel drive,
Chevy small block engine......
