Try one of the German sub-compact's rims.

Mine are a perfect match to the 1980s Opel Kadett and VW Golf(Rabbitt in USA) -
available in 13 and 14 inch. 4x100 (4 bolt 100mm PCD) They all have a 40mm
Offset. Of course Opel make 4x100, 4x108 and 4x114.3 just to keep things
interesting.

My trailer is ancient (35 years), so YMMV...
