go into you host and check out mime types mine is set up like
video/mpeg mpeg mpg mpe
yours is probablly set up like this
video/mp4 mpeg mpg mpe
so it is pushing the mp4 extention on to all the mpeg and mpg files
when it's requested.
if it won't let you edit it it should let you delete that mime and add
it back in correctly.
