Damn, been there, done that. Mine was about 7-8 years ago. Since then, I
had to have it fused, after no improvement, and increased pain. I hope
your
operation takes.

Fusing is much harder and more painful, if you can imagine that. Take
care
of this one, and exercise the hell out of it, ASAP. Keep flexible. Good

So far it looks good. I do have some residual pain but I'm just working
through it. I'm post op + 6 weeks at this point.
Walking several miles a week now. Getting better each day I think.
