Bummer. Some years back, I was diagnosed with Spondiliosis. The X-rays
didn't look good, and the pain was pretty nasty. Fortunately, it responded
to physical therapy. So far, I do ok most days if I don't skip my
exercises. I will continue to avoid the operations as long as I can.
