Actually, we heard it about 5 minutes after Daley bulldozed those big X's

Actually it was heard a long time before that. When he first started
talking about closing Meigs it became known he would eventually put in a
gambling boat. He will probably kick the boat owners out of Burnham Harbor
to bring in the gambling boat. After all they are a security risk. They
can cruise up the Chicago Sewer errrrrr I mean River right into down town
and set off a bomb and they can carry a lot more than a 172.
