Sun-n-Fun Blues...
In article , Charlie says...
Aww, who needs Dylan when you've got Chuck. Standing back there with my
self-authorized backstage/tent pass, he didn't sound too bad. Of course
there was that 5-10 minute period when he didn't notice that he had
stepped on his own guitar cord & unplugged himself...
Yeah I get to play a couple times a year and it's still fun. I played in a band
for 10 years and quit in 1975. We were a good bar band but never made it big
time .That's when I decided to get into something that made money ...aviation!!
Strike two LOL!!!
I remember the cord being out but since I don't play any leads I didn't notice
right away.
I don't think it could ever sub for his day job, but he was a lot of fun
to watch, making up lyrics to blues tunes & encouraging Team Redneck.
Thanks for an enjoyable last night at SNF, & for the blues lullaby,
clearly audible over in Classic Camping. The light & sound show between
midnight & dawn weren't nearly as much fun.
Next time I see you performing, I'll introduce myself.
Glad you had as much fun as we did ,hope you got a sip or two of the Muzzle
Loader :-) Stop by and say Hi next time ,you got a stage pass :-)
See ya
Chuck
