What sort of blessing do you seek?

The blessing to use these devices in lieu of traditional instruments in
a certified airframe? If that is the case, then 601XL's statement fits
the bill.

If you are looking for blessing to use it in an IFR or VFR capacity in
an experimental amatuer built aircraft, none is required. The device
need only meet the requirements spelled out regarding timely
pitot-static and encoder checks listed in the FAR's and described in the
AC's
