This is one of the Little Joe tests. Note the double aerospike
atop the escape tower, plus the capsule's lack of shingles,
the cover over what should be the periscope hatch and the
band around the lower part of the capsule.

After forty-plus years, it's a bit late to complain to NASA that
they mislabelled the picture.
