Does anyone know how the OLC calculates a flight's "take-off location?"

Two 2007-05-06 European flights (Klaus Goll and Max-Bernd Klein) have
Nampa (US/8) listed as their OLC taking-off location. OLC list my
2007-05-04 flight take-off location as 7 Bays (US/8) when in reality it
was Nampa (US/8).
