First, the ADIZ is transparent to IFR fliers, so you should have little to
worry about there. Depending on how you enter the ADIZ, you'll likely get
the "Grand Western Tour" or the "Eastern Shore Tour" around the FRZ and
away from KBWI/KIAD traffic. I've actually gotten routed directly over
KIAD/AML twice in the last six years, so it is possible. 
If you're at all concerned about go-arounds or missed approaches getting
you anywhere near the ADIZ boundaries, just keep your code until you're
down or cancel on the ground.
(Also, as you probably know, flights into ADIZ airports do keep their
squawk until on the ground.)
Thanks John. I've flown into airports within the ADIZ already but RMN is a
bit weird in that it butts up right against the ADIZ. I have visions of
having to do an extended pattern or something then inadvertently clipping
the ADIZ. Your recommendation of keeping the squawk code is a good one.
