I haven't taken many photos lately but here is one from my collection. It
is a Vought F8 (or is it an A7?) that was once in a local salvage yard.
There are 12 photos in a walk-around of this aircraft that I can post if
anyone wants to see the rest.

Definitely an A-7. The distinctive shape of the missing RAT panel
just forward of the starboard avionics bay confirms it (not to mention
the stubby fuselage length - that's why we called 'em SLUFs)

Also interesting that the main gear wheels and tires are not standard
A-7 gear.
