Do you know if Peru's air force upgraded their Fulcrums? I wanted to
know if the Russian upgrades really work and can they supply spare
parts. I wonder why more countries don't upgrade their Fulcrums.

Not yet, that I know of. They were considering the latest Russian offering
(the one I can't remember).

Another question if you can answer how does Peru's Mirage 2000 match
up against their Fulcrums? I'm sure they train against each other.

From what I've heard, they're pretty even, meaning the ratio of MiG to
Mirage victories is 50-50. In the end it all depends on the pilots' skills.
