I don;t htink he did much, if any time, in fact..

He was originally sentenced to 6 months in jail, and 12 months
probation. He appealed, and the sentence was increased to 10 months
in jail, and 10 months on probation.

He eventually served the full ten months in jail, and has been
released.


Yeah, sounds about right.

i think he was mae a scapegoat, myself.
