The Pratt and Whitney aircraft that went to the New England Air Museum is the
same one being restored by Tom Reilly in Kissimee, FL. The B-17 was payment
for the restoration of a B 25H for the New England Air Museum.

cockpit moved back and mounting provisions for a fifth engine in the
nose. Both were used to test early turboprops. CW's ended up as a

There is currently a B17 under restoration (was at Reilly's shop in
Kissimee but I think it's been moved). It was also an engine test-bed
aircraft.
