text, and it's just that his newsreader can't handle some types of
encoding... which is not a problem for anyone except him.

His message has "X-Newsreader: Microsoft Windows Mail 6.0.6001.18000" in the
header - well known that MS does not support Yenc.

Yes. If he wants to use MSOE or MS Mail, he's perfectly welcome to. He
should, however, avoid complaining about problems he'd not have if he used a
real newsreader.
