Yes, as stated in the manual for the USB adapter, it won't work until after
you first upgrade the firmware in the SN10 using a PC. After that one last
upgrade, all future upgrades can be done using the USB adapter.

I installed the USB adapter and tried to do the USB adapter HEX file
fix and get nothing? I have 2.31 software in SN10B now, do I have to
load 2.34 software first with a laptop??
