2) Training - realistic and demanding
3) Evaluation - objective
4) Desire - to be the best.
---and so on, recursively. This is where the IAF shines - when you
can't hack it any longer - objectively - they find a new job for you.
'Career progression' be damned - it's a waste of time and assets.
