With a twin, it's usually just indicative of age. It's not uncommon for a new
set of engines to cost more than the plane would be worth once the engines are
installed. Some people just sell the plane at that point and go buy another.
AOPA has certainly done comprehensive pre-buys on all the other aircraft they
fixed up. From the photo, it sure looks like a clean airplane.
