Pilots/Aerial Photographers in South America

I'm looking for a resource to find some pilots/aerial photog=ADraphers
in South America. The ideal person would have citizenship in a=AD South
American country and would be willing to go through the VISA=AD process
to work in a company within the US.=20

Can anyone help me out?

Umm... why do you want to go through all this trouble, instead of finding
someone who's already either a citizen or can legally work in the US?

Hmm. There are significant advantages to hiring someone locally as a foreign
employee rather than going through the hoops of a work visa, which is not
necessary if the work will be performed outside the US. Just a friendly
suggestion.
