NOTAMs for non-US space launches?
When the US conducts space launches from Vandenberg and KSC, keep-out
areas where rocket hardware may fall are announced in NOTAMs carried at https://www.notams.jcs.mil/ Is there somewhere that similar keep-out instructions/NOTAMs are published for launches from Tanegashima, Kourou, Sriharikota, etc? TIA
