(USA) Handicapping...
Just noticed the Region 6 North contest going on at the moment and
wondered how they work the handicaps for a combined 15M $ STD Class contest. It appears as though all the 15M are handicaped at 1.0 and the Std at something else. How is it done officially? Bob
