Aircraft Restorer in Our EAA Chapter Says He Paid Ed Sterba for a Prop in the Summer of 2004

And still doesn't have his prop.

Sterba doesn't return his phone calls and won't reply to an e-mail I
sent him.

I have been calling him for a week.

Anybody else had this problem? I always heard Sterba was one of the
good guys.

I see his props everywhere and everybody says they are good props.
What gives?

In fairness to Ed Sterba, he did call this morning and promised to look
up the records and furnish the prop. He said he'd been on vacation.
The e-mail he said he doesn't pay much attention to because he doesn't
trust e-mails. So call him if you need to communicate. He has a
website.

He's a very cordial, soft-spoken guy, btw.
