Information on Pilatus PC-12 requested

I am seeking educated information on the following issue:

My company is planning on getting a Pilatus PC-12/45 for future
regional charter within Europe.

If there is anyone experienced in owning/flying a PC-12, I would
appreciate answers to these questions:

..) Is there any other major difference between the PC-12 and the
PC-12/45 than the increased MTOW? (e.g. interior, aircraft systems,
etc.)

..) Has anyone ever experienced technical problems with the heating
system/airconditioning/ventilation of the aircraft?

..) How about resale value?

..) If someone bought a used PC-12, which year of manufacture with
regard to costs/condition would be best?

Any other comments or recommendations are of course highly appreciated
as well.
