Nah, it isn't the weight. It is the less than 5 gallons of "fuel" that is
the problem.

5 gallons of "fuel" is 20 pints.

A carefully conducted scientific test established that my "fuel"
capacity is considerably less than 5 gallons. Witness were divided
whether I stalled and spun or entered a spiral dive. I only rememember
a very unusual attitude before I crashed into the ground.

Further tests with alternate "fuels" were cancelled.

Actually, his GROSS weight is still the same. He manages to
get below 254 empty weight because he's full of it :-)
