From The Concise Oxford Dictionary
theft n. (Law) dishonest appropriation of another's property with intent to deprive him of it permanently. In no way does downloading music from the internet fit the definition of theft. It is copyright infringement and nothing else. BTW , shouting doesn't make you right, it only makes you LOUD.
